Only has the moisture for a while but I'm finding it really helpful so far. I've grown house plants for many years but I struggle to tell if they need watering or not with this horrible new peat free compost. Think this is definitely going to be a godsend as it's so quick and easy to use. I will be buying another one for my daughter soon.

This is great. It’s saved my life, well the lives of my plants anyway. No more overwatering! I can hear a gentle sigh of relief rustling through their leaves. Seriously though, it’s pretty damn good. Simple and effective.
This moisture meter came free with the lights I bought and to be fair I didn’t hold out much hope for it as I’ve bought a few like this in the past which have been useless. This one surprisingly is very good as it gives exactly the same readings each time as my digital reader. Always handy to have more than one when you have thirsty plants.
