90 Day Risk Free Trial

We want you (and your plants) to love your new light. That’s why every order comes with a 90-day risk-free trial. Take your time, if you’re not completely happy within 90 days, just let us know. We’ll refund you in full, including delivery charges, and even cover the return shipping label.

How to start a return

To begin a return, simply email us at hi@grow-gang.com with your:

• Name
• Order number
• Product

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and easy instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please note: items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted, but don’t worry, we’ll make the process quick and simple.)

Damages and issues

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, just let us know straight away and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 2–5 working days. The money will go straight back to your original payment method. (Sometimes banks or credit card providers take a little longer to show the funds, but rest assured, it’s on its way.)
